We are conscious of the trust that you put in us as a customer when you purchase your furniture from us. We have strict quality control process in practice, from selection of materials, fabrication, finishing and final packing.
We guarantee our furniture is free from any manufacturing defects and is fit to use for its intended purpose, for 5 years from the date of manufacture. Our dedicated staff are able to address any issue with the furniture and repair it on a timely and efficient manner. We will repair your furniture in the case of damage caused due to a manufacturing defect and if it can not be repaired we will replace it with a new unit.
Return Policy
Our return policy is applicable to home furniture buyers based in Malaysia.
We do our best to manufacture our furniture at the highest possible quality given the limitation of the price. If, however, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our furniture, call us within 30 days of the purchase, we will make arrangements to bring back the furniture and return your full payment. Fair enough? We will not make an issue out of it or give you the looks! We have experienced and friendly staff that you can rely upon to help make your shopping experience a joyful one.
Third Party Guarantee
In the case of materials such as fabrics and leathers manufactured by third parties that have their warranty from their individual manufacturers, we will help you get a replacement for the same.
