Logistics Support

We normally ship container loads from Port Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia and Port Klang, Malaysia, providing complete logistical support through our shipping agents.

However, you are also welcome to use your own preferred or nominated shipper's services. For clients importing furniture for the first time, please get in touch with a local shipping / cargo handling agency in your own area to understand the procedures and requirements for importing furniture to your country.

We are able to arrange delivery and installation on site for our clients in Peninsular Malaysia through our distributor, Horestco Industries (M) SDN. BHD. We are able to arrange shipping and delivery to all parts of Singapore from our Glenmarie warehouse. For clients that purchase container loads, we recommend shipping directly from our factory in Indonesia. However, you would need to appoint a clearance agent in Singapore for clearance from the port and delivery to your destination.

We recommend using your local transporter that specializes in providing transport services from Central Java, to your destination. We are also able to arrange delivery directly from our factory to your address.
